The Dining Room

The dining room is a place that is used for dining and celebrating milestones. It's an important room for socializing with family and close friends. With the changes in way people live over the past 25 years, the dining room has transformed into a less formal space.

The mix of stone, wood, textured drapery and an Asian-influenced armoire allow familiar icons to be blended in a contemporary style. The feeling conveys both a quiet elegance and unfussy luxury at the same time. For that reason there is an deliberate omission of opulence and pretension.

This is a room that was created with the intent that people will gladly flow into it during a large gathering without the usual feeling of not stepping over the threshold into the "formal dining room." It will also feel comfortable and relaxed when overnight guests wake up to enjoy an informal brunch or lunch.
